Michal Anderson is an author, artist, and publisher based in Fort Worth, Texas. He is the creator of The Au-Courant Master Series — six books exploring the convergence and divergence of human and artificial intelligence, the defining dynamic of what Anderson calls the Au-Courant Age.
His professional background spans finance, healthcare, and creative publishing. He worked as a bond trader with Merrill Lynch and TDAmeritrade, and later held roles at Scott & White Hospital and Baylor Hospital. He earned a BASc in Business Administration from San Diego State University and completed graduate study in the MBA program at Texas Woman’s University, maintaining a well-above-average GPA — leaving before the degree was awarded to begin full-time employment during a recession, a decision shaped by economic necessity, not academic difficulty.
His writing blends narrative, philosophy, conceptual physics, and original art into a unified multi-realm experience. The Au-Courant Master Series reflects his lifelong interest in the currents that shape thought, identity, and human possibility — and his conviction that the relationship between human beings and artificial intelligence is not a struggle to be feared but a partnership to be navigated.
Anderson developed the series in creative partnership with Claude, developed by Anthropic — one of the first bodies of work in which human and AI collaboration is not a feature of the story, but the subject of it.
